Buyer's Notes
One: Regarding the collection of freight charges
The shipping fee is to be paid by the buyer. The shipping fee shown by Alibaba at the time of purchase is not the final shipping fee but merely a reference. This is because the actual calculation of the shipping fee is quite complex (involving three factors: the weight of the goods after packaging, the delivery location, and the choice of the Courier company). The commonly used Courier services in our store are: Our store uses Daily Express by default (for other express services, please contact our store). The final shipping fee is subject to the actual amount charged by the express company. Our store can inform the buyer of the charging standards for different locations. The actual amount charged will be based on the weight, with any excess refunded and any shortage made up. Of course, if the difference is not significant, the seller may not require the buyer to make up the shipping fee. However, if the seller overcharges the wholesalers of the store's goods, they will promptly refund the excess (the refund will only be made after receiving the goods, and sometimes this also requires the buyer's reminder). After ordering multiple items online, there may be a problem of duplicate shipping fees (it is best to add the purchase order first and combine the payment). If the shipping fees are duplicated, please do not rush to make the payment. Please inform the customer manager to modify the shipping fees. Two: Regarding the after-sales handling methods
For the wholesale industry, it is normal for goods to have a certain failure rate (wholesale profits are meager, and the main focus is on volume sales. People who want very small quantities of goods should not pester sellers on the grounds that the received goods have problems). If there are any quality issues with the products in our store, please keep them properly. After-sales service can be processed within six months from the date of receipt (for example, if the goods were received on March 2, 2012, after-sales service must be processed before September 30, 2012). For those received beyond this period, the handling will depend on the situation and after-sales service applications may not be accepted. In addition, after-sales service can only be carried out when the appearance is not damaged and it does not look old (dirty or old items will not be replaced). They can be returned when a certain quantity is accumulated in the future (the shipping cost is borne by the buyer). After receiving the goods, our store will make up for it in the next shipment (excluding the additional weight cost of the after-sales goods).
Three: Notes for Receiving the Package
Our store usually ships goods in cardboard boxes, which are wrapped with adhesive tape on the outside. The packaging should be firm and intact. Before signing for the goods, please carefully check if there are any signs of opening the cardboard box or any damage. If there are any abnormalities, please contact me by phone or open the cardboard box to check if the goods are damaged, missing or mismatched. The risk of damage, shortage or incorrect items shall be borne by the seller before the goods are delivered (signed for by the buyer). After delivery (signed for by the buyer), the buyer shall bear the responsibility. The seller shall not be held responsible for the above risks. In case of the situation where the buyer signs for the goods first and then opens the package for inspection, the buyer should request the carrier to supervise on the spot and open the package for inspection. If any inconsistency is found, contact the seller in a timely manner, add detailed information on the receipt and have the carrier sign for confirmation.
Four: Regarding inventory levels
The inventory level displayed online actually more reflects the supply capacity. As a physical business, inventory fluctuates greatly, and web updates are difficult to keep up in a timely manner. Therefore, for some products with large numbers, there may be temporary shortages or insufficient quantities, while for some products with very few numbers, there is still a large inventory. So it is best to consult first after placing an order.
